The Mortgage Partner, Inc. has been providing mortgage loans since 1993. Our company has over 40 years of combined lending experience. We are a mortgage broker which allows us the opportunity to work with multiple lenders. Being a broker gives us the ability to access many different programs and secure the best rate for our clients.
 

One of our areas of focus over the past 15 years has been serving Credit Unions and Credit Union members. We now serve over 20 credit unions in Weber, Salt Lake and Utah counties. Our goal is to compliment the mortgage programs the credit unions offer their members with additional resources. Twice a year we offer “Home Buyer” seminars, to educate the public about the home buying process. We address everything you need to know in order to obtain financing to purchase your home.

We are located in Riverton off I-15 at 12300 south travel west 2 miles. We serve the State of Utah and are also licensed in the State of Idaho. We are excited to serve you!

I have worked continuously with The Mortgage Partner since 1995. I began as a loan processor. In 1996, I started originating mortgage loans.
